My studies of the Finnish concept of Tiimiakatemia showed me how much I enjoy working in teams on projects that bring real change. My experience spans multiple sectors, including banking and healthcare, where I’ve helped Czech and international companies optimize processes and transform their work culture. I helped Buřinka refine their business proposition for sustainable housing, and worked on a go-to-market strategy for a healthcare startup Stimvia, launching a revolutionary medical device in the U.S. In all my projects, I’m constantly fascinated by how AI reshapes work life – not as a distant vision, but as a powerful tool already improving efficiency and satisfaction in teams.
