I love listening to people’s stories, seeking connections within them, and discovering unspoken needs. This passion led me to study sociology and economics at Charles University.
During my studies, I collaborated with the leading marketing research agency, Millward Brown. After earning my master’s degree, I continued with my doctoral studies in sociology and simultaneously began working at Direct People. Here, I quickly understood that research is just one part of the puzzle. The other equally important part is the ability to use research results to create products and services that meet those hidden needs.
