I am responsible for customer care and administration of Levná Tramvajenka as part of Direct People’s Retail Projects Customer Care team. I have a lot of experience in customer care and communication. After finishing my degree in public policy and regional development at Czech University of Life Sciences I went on to work for Vodafone external call center and then continued to Bohemia Energy back office. After six years I needed a change and decided to focus on customer care. It is important for me to always find a quick and effective solution for my clients.
