Operations Manager

I have years of experience making sure that everything is running smoothly, setting up operations, perfecting and simplifying processes, organizing the office, and hosting events. My goal is for our team to thrive and be able to focus on their work and projects in an inspiring environment. No little thing escapes my eye.

My journey to Direct People

After earning my degree in Addictology from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University, I decided to switch paths and instead pursue a career in what had been just a passion until then - fashion. Using my experience working with people, I started as an assistant stylist for InStyle magazine, then moved to be a fashion editor at Blesk pro Ženy and eventually became a deputy manager at Zara.

However, I soon realised that fashion should remain my hobby, and I started looking for a place where my work would have a greater impact. That’s when Direct People came in. I took the jump and never regretted it.

My goal is to create an environment where our team thrives and works well, and to be a strong support for our partners. At Viable One, our then subsidiary, I built almost the entire operations in four years and helped it grow from a small startup to a mid-sized company. Now I'm back to Direct People full time.

Projects I have enjoyed

The best part of my job is the work itself - it's varied, no day is the same and I always feel like it's moving the whole company forward. However, one project has a special place in my heart - Levná Tramvajenka. I’ve been a part of it from the beginning and my team and I are still growing it.

A few words about me

I'm a fast learner and I get bored easily when not busy. I am demanding of myself and others. I love processes, order and a job well done, so when I have to sign something, it has to be perfect.

Fashion remained a big part of my life. I follow inspiring personalities, trends and everything related to this world. Music and hours of soap operas also guide me through my life 🙂 I love animals, especially furry ones, and enjoy the moments of pure and immediate love with them. I also like tattoos that map my life journey. My latest, but ever-increasing love is Japan and its culture. I am currently studying Japanese intensively and hope to one day settle in Osaka.
