Another year of the top of the top events – inAgile Conference – is successfully over. It had a packed agenda and many big names among speakers. That’s why we are really happy we could be a part of it. Our Innovation Delivery Director and partner, Josef Dvořák, led a workshop focusing on successful validation.
“In creating new products and services we learned that even well done agile cannot guarantee a successful product. What is a make-or-break factor in product success in the market is a business model. We use validation of hypotheses to help us find a working business model as quickly and cheaply as possible. And that is our goal,” said Josef.
We are already looking forward to next year!
