At Česká spořitelna, I designed and tested a tool for developing employee experience and improving personal productivity - a project that has the potential to reach thousands of people and help them in their day-to-day operations. For Generali, I co-developed an e-learning tool that helps employees assess and work on their digital skills. I also co-developed a methodology that leads to a real change in the way people function with work tools. For SAZKA, I co-designed and prototyped a new sales experience in retail branches, focused on personalization and de-anonymization of the customer journey.
