Senior UX and Innovation Designer

A few words about me

I've always been curious about people – their needs, behaviors, and perceptions. This curiosity led me to study psychology, which gave me a solid foundation for understanding users and their motivations. After graduation, I explored various roles, from selling cars at a dealership to coaching customer helpline operators.

Eventually, I discovered UX design – a field where I could combine my interest in human behavior with the drive to create better digital experiences. Since then, I’ve grown into a Senior UX Designer, working on both B2B and B2C projects. Over the years, I’ve been involved in designing complex administrative systems as well as more straightforward websites. I enjoy when I can uncover pain points or improve user flows, and I’ve worked across all phases of the UX design process. I also value close collaboration with development teams and the shared effort of finding solutions that meet both users needs and business goals.

I’ve had the opportunity to work long-term on products for Alma (formerly LMC) and Linet, gaining valuable experience in user-centered design. Being part of Direct People allows me to keep learning, sharpen my skills, and contribute to meaningful projects alongside a great team.
