My journey to Direct People
As a student of the University of Economics in Prague I participated in Uniqway - the first car sharing service for university students on the Czech market. I led the university teams as a team leader & project CEO. I put my whole heart into this project and fell in love with building real services and launching them on the market, which completely changed my future career.
After four years, I left automotive and switched to financial services which I am passionate about till nowadays. I got experience in sales channels, digital product development and process digitisation.
Projects I have enjoyed
As I have done dozens of projects, it is difficult to choose the most interesting one, but I would like to highlight projects which were complex where I could combine deep customer understanding with business comprehension and create practical solutions with impact.
To name a few these were projects for brands Česká spořitelna and Kooperativa, for which we launched a verified model of selling bank personal accounts through insurance company sales representatives’ network. Then there were projects like designing new investment propositions for top affluent clients for J&T, creating new product offerings for the small business segment for Česká spořitelna or designing new benefit schemes for Erste Premier and others.
A few words about me
I enjoy challenges in evolving customer expectations in an increasingly competitive and nuanced landscape which especially finances they are. I like finding my way around new areas & environments, linking previous experience with new knowledge. Outside of work I enjoy dancing ballet, doing pilates and traveling to the Middle East & Africa.
