I am the head, body and soul of our communications. With years of experience and countless marketing and communications projects behind me, I ensure that our work is seen and heard – loud and clear. I am also the driving force behind our Academy, constantly pushing it forward to reflect and meet current needs and trends.
My journey to Direct People
I have been navigating the seas of communications and marketing for over 15 years. I've worked my way through media, publishing, PR agencies, corporate and startup environments as well as the non-profit sector. I have managed numerous projects in marketing, internal and external communication, crisis communication, I stand behind dozens of strategies and creative concepts, and I have organized many entertainment, educational and networking events. And at Direct People, it all combines.
Projects I have enjoyed
I'm most excited about the projects I come up with myself - bold, different and those that people simply enjoy. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to be involved in several major rebranding and brand strategy development projects.
At Direct People, I managed the complete transformation of our visual style, created by designer Pavel Fuksa. I am very proud of the Direct People Academy that me and my colleagues built in a matter of months. Our goal is to educate companies not only in innovation methodologies, but now especially in AI. And looks like we are on the right track - in just one year we’ve trained over 40 companies and our ideas have reached more than 700 people.
A few words about me
I am fast and organized. I like thorough preparation, a clear plan and perfect execution. Humor (especially the absurd kind) is my daily toolkit. I'm a member of the Inspire and Impact Network and I've been a part of the Social Impact Award jury for years. I mentor nonprofits in the Stronger Roots (OSF) program, and I've been a judge for the Czech PR Awards.
I've always enjoyed sports, now mostly yoga and contemporary dance. I like photography, reading and currently I am most interested in education trends.
