I’m an innovation leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and turning technology into real business value. My expertise spans across finance, technology, online platforms, and healthcare, with a strong focus on AI implementation and adoption. I lead our AI team, helping companies harness AI to drive efficiency and growth.
My journey to Direct People
I started my career as an analyst and later product manager for Czech Military Intelligence. There I built a cutting-edge analytical platform for open source intelligence and represented the Czech Republic at NATO Working Group for OSINT. I then switched the public sector for business consulting at Deloitte, working on digital strategy and different IT projects across various industries. My search for a more hands-on role in innovation led me to Direct People, where I found the perfect space to build impactful solutions.
Projects I have enjoyed
My projects mostly focus on AI and digital transformation. I’ve led AI-driven initiatives for major clients including ČEZ, Česká spořitelna, Moneta, CME, and Believeco (USA). My roles range from managing the AI team at ČEZ Prodej, spearheading AI adoption projects in HR, PR, and research to organizing Central Europe’s first AI "delivery" hackathon for Česká spořitelna.
One of my most significant projects was with LINET, a global leader in medical technology. I led the development and market launch of their SmartCare segment, introducing two digital healthcare products across the EU and the USA. This project required deep team collaboration across continents in navigating regulatory challenges and ensuring the technology delivered real value in hospital settings. In my role as a global marketing product manager (product owner), I was responsible for the business results and long-term strategy of this digital innovation.
Beyond AI and digital transformation, I am also one of the people behind our Academy, designing courses that help companies effectively integrate AI into their operations.

I believe in common sense, open communication, and learning through experience. I enjoy breaking down complex problems, building innovative solutions, and working with teams that share my enthusiasm for progress. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and two daughters, exploring the mountains, reading, or learning to play the guitar.
